Who Qualifies

To be eligible for Section 8 senior housing, applicants must be 55 years of age and older. Their annual income must meet the state’s income requirements. Check out Section 8 requirements available in English & Spanish for more info.

Tenant-Based Vouchers

Qualifying tenants with good standing after one year are eligible to receive HUD-funded tenant-based vouchers (TBV).
