Daily individualized evidence-based treatment designed to address the substance use of severely high-risk-need assessed participant to help them overcome long-term addiction and criminogenic thinking. Program Manager is an equal part of the drug-court process along with the judge and court officers – they determine the treatment and length of each participant assigned to drug court.

(SCADP) was established in 1972 in a grassroots effort by community members seeking alternatives to prison for individuals with substance use disorder (SUD). We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization providing residential treatment services and outpatient counseling services to individuals throughout Los Angeles. Offering services with a continuum of care to underserved and disadvantaged populations. SCADP also recognizes court-ordered probation, parole, and Department of Children and Family Service programs, to include but not limited to court-ordered DUI, court-ordered SUD, PC1000.
Southern California Alcohol and Drug Programs Inc. (SCADP) is a member of the Los Angeles County Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System provider network. As a Certified Drug Medi-Cal Provider, SCADP offers Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Residential Treatment, and Recovery Support Services to Medi-Cal and My Health LA beneficiaries based on a full American Society of Addiction Medicine Assessment. The services will be provided, free of cost, to Medi-Cal and My Health LA qualified patients who meet medical need. Assistance with enrolling in Medi-Cal or My Health LA programs is available.
